about the artist

Hi, I’m Whitney, an artist and art educator living in Mapleton, Utah. I grew up in Allen, Texas and have loved making art for as long as I can remember—it’s always been a part of who I am. I graduated from Utah Valley University in 2020 with a degree in Art Education, and now I spend my days teaching, creating, and soaking up the beauty of everyday life with my daughter, husband and golden retrievers. 

My work is rooted in the themes of motherhood, home, and growth. Becoming a mom has reshaped the way I see the world, and I’m drawn to capturing the quiet, fleeting moments that make up our lives. I love exploring how we evolve—how experiences, relationships, and even the spaces we live in shape us over time.
